Pastoral Care at LST
Pastoral care is available to all LST students, including those studying online.
University life can bring all sorts of opportunities, changes and challenges. Sometimes you might simply need someone to talk to; at other times you may be navigating something more difficult. The Pastoral Care Team provides a confidential and supportive space where you can talk through what is happening and work out what your next step might be.
You don't need to be in a crisis to contact us. If something is affecting you, or you would simply value a conversation, you're welcome to get in touch.

Meeting with the Pastoral Care Team
You can arrange a conversation with Dan Davison (Chaplain) or Annette Glaw (Student Pastoral Support Worker).
For online students, meetings can take place online via Microsoft Teams, so you don't need to be on campus to access pastoral support.
You can contact the team at pastoral.team@lst.ac.uk, or use the booking links to arrange a meeting directly.
To contact our Chaplain, Dan, please email dan.davison@lst.ac.uk or click this link to book a meeting with him:

Confidentiality
Pastoral conversations are treated with care and appropriate confidentiality. There may be occasions where information needs to be shared if there is a serious concern about your safety or the safety of someone else, or where safeguarding responsibilities require us to act. Where possible, we will talk with you about this.
If you need urgent help
The Pastoral Care Team is not an emergency or crisis service. If you need immediate medical or mental-health assistance, please use the appropriate emergency or professional services where you are.
The right support, from the right person, at the right time.
