Section outline

    • We expect students to:

      • Communicate regularly with their supervisors via an agreed medium (text/email/phone)
      • Keep evidence of all correspondence
      • Respond to all communications from their supervisor within 24 hours, including to acknowledge arrangements
      • Provide in a timely manner all documentation required for a DBS check - please see: https://crb-online.org.uk/?msclkid=6da3080dc4251246d80a52f046dfa30e
      • Maintain a reliable attitude to all commitments made: ensuring punctuality and respect of others’ time, giving due notice in case of mitigating circumstances
      • In a church placement, participate regularly and actively in the life of the church and, where possible, mid-week small groups as part of their worship. These hours generally only count if the student is actively involved in an area of service (e.g. helping lead a youth group in church or leading the study at a mid-week group)
      • Use their own means of transportation or use public transportation to the placement, unless other arrangements are agreed upon
      • Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted by the deadline.
