    • As mentioned, Level 5 students may choose to do their placement over the summer holiday before their Level 5 year. Often, the student already has an organisation in mind that they would like to work with.  To make the set up process for vacation placement organisations as easy as possible, there is just one form: a Supervisors' Vacation Placement Agreement, which we ask all vacation placement providers to submit before the placement student can start placement.

      If your organisation is overseas, we also require a Risk Assessment form to be filled out. For all UK churches or organisations, you will be asked to confirm that appropriate levels of risk assessment have been carried out.
