Church/ORGANISATION Profile
To successfully match a student to an appropriate placement we consider the Student Profile, which the students submit before arriving at LST, along with the Church/Organisation Profile. Your Profile gives us a glimpse into the life and needs of your organisation. By sharing with us the dynamics of your congregation, worship traditions and ministry needs if you are a church, or your vision and ministry if you are an organisation, we can allocate a student who we hope will fulfil some of those needs and thrive in your worshipping body.
Placement Provider Agreement
The Placement Provider Agreement gives us assurance that you agree with the policies and procedures as they have been outlined in this module.
Placement Organisation Insurance Form
The Placement Organisation Insurance Form is a signed confirmation that you have the required liability insurance as outlined in section 4 of this module. It is embedded in the Placement Provider Agreement.
Risk Assessment in Preparation for LST Placement overseas
We require placement providers to confirm that a thorough Risk Assessment of placement premises is undertaken, to ensure a safe working environment for LST placement students.
We require the document below for any organisations overseas who provide placement for our students. This form gives us a better idea of the environment and conditions in which the student will be serving, to mitigate any risk.
