Some of you are still having difficulties logging in to services beyond the VLE and LSTOnline (e.g. library and Outlook account).  We now have SSO working (single sign on) and the best way to login in such a way to connect to all these services is to use the LOGIN VIA SAML2 button on the login page using the credentials you were sent (name.username and password).  We are working to make this login button more obvious, but it might still require a bit of patience.  In the meantime here is a screenshot
